I've been among those who gave too much of a fuck. I remember thinking to myself: "this is so complicated, but I fear the day when I'll stop giving a fuck". Well, the day has come. It seems I don't give a fuck. I don't have to fear that day coming any more - it's here, and it's here to stay.
So what's the big deal with not giving a fuck any more, you ask? It's the fact that me not giving a fuck will make a huge impact on the life of a creature I love like I've never loved anyone before - my son.
I finally understand that true love is not when you love someone for how they make you feel. True love is when you love someone for what they are. And although I don't give a fuck about some things in life any more, I will endure it because of love for what really matters. Because even though I no longer give some fucks X, I am also giving a billion other fucks Y, where even a single Y >> X.
